New stories are packed with words that start with these sounds, and the monkey pauses on a few so your child can say them back. Tap "We said it!" to cheer them on. Nothing is recorded or listened to. A fun extra practice, not a replacement for speech and language therapy.

Locks the box so your child can only pick a world, pull the lever, choose how and listen. Grown-up settings, removing stories and saving files are hidden, and a 4-digit passcode is needed to unlock.
Chill mode can't stop someone closing the app. To keep a child inside it, use your tablet's own lock: Guided Access on an iPad, or screen pinning on Android.
Leda reads when the phone is online. Each story is voiced once and saved, so it's free to hear again on any phone. If Leda isn't available, Whispering Moon reads instead.
For now every story is read by Whispering Moon, our best-sounding voice, including what the characters say. More voices will come back once they sound just as good.
Storybook voices sound most natural at the middle setting.
Put a favourite toy, pet or place on the reels. Avoid real names and addresses: picks are sent to Claude to write the story.
Stories are kept on this device only. Save a backup file to move them to another tablet or phone, or to keep them forever.
To write a story, only the three picks, the age, the story settings and any spelling words are sent to Claude. There are no accounts for children, no microphone and no names asked for. Stories, the collection, the passcode and these settings stay in this browser on this device.
